32 misconceptions on the teeth9. The decay can also strike adults, especially after age 60. Kids will attack more cavities than adults and risk of this problem is reduced from age 20. However, when the gums are 60 adults, the risk increases again. As the gums pull away from the teeth, the roots are more exposed and it is possible that the caries attack. Dr Phil Stemmer noted that the combination of refined sugars and bacteria can lead to decay at any age.

10. An electric toothbrush is three times better than a manual. Manual brushes commonly used in lateral movements, which can wear away the gums and tooth neck. Electric toothbrushes are better because they vibrate in three directions, which means they are deeper. They should be combined with flossing.

11. The brushing is good for bleeding gums. The bleeding gums is a sign of ill health and inflammation, usually by an accumulation of plaque around the teeth. The gums will bleed until the plaque was removed, so brushing assists in the recovery of the gums effectively. (more…)

Chocolate is not bad for teeth, but the milk itself. It’s fine if the excess brush. And the yellows are much stronger than whites. Here are 32 misconceptions, one for each tooth which have stuck in your head.

1. The white teeth are not as strong as the yellows.
The nuclear target is more appealing, but research shows that these so clean teeth are less resistant to decay than yellow. As we grow older, structural changes in the dentition (tissue beneath the enamel of the tooth surface) and reduced blood flow that reaches the teeth can cause them to appear more yellow, but not least healthy.
