Dental Hygiene

Dental hygiene will enable us to prevent gum disease and prevent most tooth decay. But dental health should be conducted in the manner and with the right tools. It should also devote time to become effective.

How can we remove plaque that?

Daily Removal of plates should be made after a series of steps:

* Clean your tongue. In the language of bacteria that accumulate a large amount of cleaning necessary to maintain oral health. To clean we can rub it gently into the front using a toothbrush or using a tongue cleaner.

* Clean up the space between the teeth. Cleaning up the space between the teeth (interdental space) differ according to each situation. If there is not much space between teeth (that’s the ideal situation) is used dental floss.
