Using bleach kit for the day, the patient is placed plates 1/2 hour in the morning and 1/2 hours in the afternoon. With the kit night plates are used at least 6 hours (overnight).
The duration of treatment depends on each patient, not all cases are equal, for example, yellow teeth are easier to whiten the gray and young teeth whitening faster.
